Your trip and browser storage
Trip drafts, selected dates and interface preferences can be saved in your browser. Shared trip links can include your selected places and dates; anyone with the link can open them. Anonymous session cookies support saved trips and attribution for up to a year. A short-lived visit cookie helps prevent automated requests from starting paid lodging searches.
Site analytics
We host our analytics ourselves. We measure page visits, referring sites and campaigns, device information, destination and hotel interactions, trip-planning steps and departures to booking sites. We use pseudonymous identifiers to understand a visitor flow. We do not record your screen, keystrokes, contact-message contents or payment information in analytics. Shared-trip tokens and arbitrary URL parameters are excluded.
You can turn off optional site analytics for this browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are also respected.
Maps, prices and booking providers
Maps, imagery and other features may connect to external providers, which receive the network information needed to serve them. Hotel searches use your destination, dates and guest count; results are cached. If you follow a booking link, the provider receives your chosen booking details and referral attribution and applies its own privacy policy. Essential redirect records help us operate and reconcile those links even when optional analytics are off.
Messages and retention
If you contact us, we store your email and message and forward them to our team through our email service so we can respond. We retain operational, analytics and referral records while needed to run and improve the service, resolve issues and reconcile bookings. Access is restricted to the people operating Sunomi. We do not sell contact messages or personal trip information.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage to remove local drafts and preferences, use the analytics control above, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Clearing cookies also clears your saved analytics preference. Avoid sending sensitive information in messages or shared links.
